with their closeted homosexuality as they openly oppose gay marriage, with their adulterous affairs as they talk about the sanctity of family, as they espouse Christian beliefs when they are only about hate and fear. so can it be a surprise to see at the Sonia Sotomayor hearings that they have completely lost site of even the desperate need they have to gain the Latino /Hispanic vote in this country? Their fear of Sotomayor and the real diversity of the court and diversity of opinion she represents , while having an impeccable record as Judge, was truly a low point for this heinous party. Senator Kol's refusal to wear a coat while questioning her was a blatant symbol of disrepect as was Lindsey Graham's getting 'ANONYMOUS' criticisms of her temperment from posts he got off the internet (anyone could have posted including my cat or hm-a Republican senator out to get her?) The Ricky Ricardo imitation by Senator Coburn has gotten a lot of attention for it's blantant stereotype while he grilled her about stereotypes....
Congrats, Judge Sotomayor -you will be an exceptional addition to the Supreme Court and it was so nice to see her with supportive friends back in the Bronx this weekend....
